Lithographic
We have a number of Litho presses such as a Ryobi 755W, capable of 5-colour, 4-colour & 2-colour work. All of our presses are regularly maintained, to keep them in optimum working order.
Finishing
Our extensive finishing equipment includes:
Morgana B2 Creasing machine.
B1 Pile Turner.
Horizon Stitchliner, stitch fold/trim booklet maker with 2 towers.
Horizon Folder B2 4 plate with perf/score.
Stahl B2 Folder 4 plate with perf/score.
Polar 92 Guillotine & Polar 78 Guillotine.
B2 Laminator.
Digital
We use Xerox Digital Printing Presses, such as the Versant 80 Digital Press, capable of 6pp roll fold documents and 4pp a4 landscape documents and Epson Wide Format Printers.
Plate Making
We use a Screen Plate maker with a low chemical Fuji processor for making our plates for lithographic printing.
Wide Format
We have an Epson So 60600 Wide format printer for printing banners, wallpaper, vinyl signage etc........
Die Cutting
We have a Platen Press which enables us to kiss cut, die cut all in house
